It is very EASY and FAST:

1- You should REGISTER as User, it is FREE: DEMO Online
- Click the “Register” link
- Complete the form with your personal information, upload your picture and press the bottom “REGISTER”.
* Is required to be agreeing with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

2- You will receive an email with a link to validate your email and activate your account.

3 - Once you activated your account you can start to sell, rent and/or buy your property.

Publishing a Property:

Once you are logged as an User, click the bottom “Add Listings”, complete the form with all the information, upload a picture of the property and press the bottom “Submit Listing”. Automatically it is published.

Updating or changing the data or/and the picture:

- Click the bottom “Edit Listings”
- Select t he listing to change.
- Change all that you want, when you finish it press the bottom “Submit Listing".

Its service is at the moment, you pay your prefer package via Paypal and when you receive an email with the pay confirmation from Paypal, you can start to use the new package.

This is a separate featured listings packages system and is not connected to the featured Users system.

NOTE! Please note that if User package expires or User re upgrades to a package which has less listings available he currently has, all listings including featured listings are removed. More Information: Packages

2- Featured Users Paid Packages:
Users can store a definite number of listings, photo gallery images per listing and have their address, photo and phone numbers visible in the directory.

When User submits his details he receives a free listing. He can upgrade right after submitting his listing, this way his User record is approved automatically.

When user upgrades to a definite package he gets an ability to post listings, the number of listings is controlled for each package individually.

The package duration in days is also set for each package individually. This is a number of days the user can have his listings available. Before the record expire the User is notified by email and have to login and upgrade his User record again not to lose his listings, photos and contact information. If the User listing expires it gets free package automatically.
If User re upgrades to a package with more listings available his old listings are not removed, but if he re upgrades to the package with a smaller number of listings available his old listings are removed, even if those listings are featured. More Information: Packages
